The Board made the decision to have the Annual Membership Committee Meeting Luncheon on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at 10:00 am in the Lyndell Conference Ball Room off of Lyndell Drive (located behind the public library). If this changes for any reason, we will notify you via mail or email immediately.

Welcome to the official website for the Laguna Beach Property Owners Association (LBPOA). It is our hope that this website will facilitate communication to our members through outreach and create community.

The LBPOA is a non-profit organization, formed in 1982. Business is conducted by the Board of Directors who are elected at the annual member's meeting held the first Saturday in October, at the Panama City Beach Senior Center located on Lyndell Road.
